Have you started school shopping yet? I went to the store the other day and already see school supplies coming out! I personally like to start my shopping right after the season ends just because you can get some really amazing savings! My favorite is to catch items when they hit 90% off at Target! LOL. Sometimes I'm not always so lucky, but things to stock up on are spiral notebooks, loose leaf paper, pencils, pens, and scissors. I also use that opportunity to stock up for local school drives. <3 Killeen lost it's Staples store a few years back, but there is one located in Temple if you're willing too make the trip. There, OfficeDepot/Max, and Walgreen's are great place to find those awesome steals for 25 ¢  and even a penny (usually with  minimum purchase of $5).  And why does it seem like half of the kids school supply list is glue sticks, tissues, and expo markers? Guys, I have to be honest. I make at least 2 trips a week to Dollar Tree...more if I go out of town and see one! LOL. You just never know what another store might get that your local one hasn't....or there may be a different color or style. I will say having a variety of them (7 within a 20 mile radius to be exact, with 1 more to open soon!), so I have a chance to mix up which ones I go to.  May is the month to celebrate Mother's Day, Graduation, Teacher Appreciation, and Nurse's Week, so if you're looking for party decorations or fillers for a gift basket, I highly recommend checking out Dollar Tree!   Here's my recent finds:  There was a nice new shipment of DVDs and BluRay Discs. I found My Little Pony, Pocoyo, Tekken 2, The-A List and so many more!
