There's lots of nice, high-dollar coupons available on the H-E-B Coupon App. Note that manufacturer coupons on the app, are only good for one-time use. Be on the look out for high dollar catalina (coupons that print at the register) coupons as well! I've gotten high value ones for free products! I personally have only found one toilet paper comparable to Charmin withut the cost, and that is the H-E-B Brand bath tissue. As for Paper towels, I haven't found any that compare to Viva, so those two are my go-to that we are willing to pay extra for LOL. Here's how I took advantage of this deal:
