Military Freebies & Discounts on Memorial Day

Hooters: All veterans and active-duty military personnel will receive a complimentary meal on Memorial Day. Present a valid military ID at participating locations. Eligible free entrees will be listed on a special Memorial Day menu and include 10-Piece Traditional Wings, 10-Piece Smoked Wings, 10-Piece Boneless Wings, Buffalo Chicken Salad, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
and the Hooters Burger.

Walgreens: Customers with a Walgreens Balance Rewards card and valid military ID or proof of service will receive 20% off regular price items. Offer valid for veterans, military and their families on May 28. See details.

Altitude Trampoline Park-Killeen: All active and retired military members will receive double jump time for free when you show a military or dependent ID. Not valid on 30 minute jump pass purchase.

Hawaiian Falls: Free admission to all military personnel and veterans at its waterpark on Memorial Day weekend.

The free admission will be from 10:30 a.m.- 6 p.m., May 26-28.

Military dependents will be charged $21.99.

Children two years and younger will be allowed in for free.

To participate, individuals just need to show a valid military ID or proof of service at the ticket window.

The Summer Food Service Program is available throughout Texas and allows children and teens, under the age of 18, to continue throughout the summer at no cost .
